How would the best ACC look like in 2020?

  • We have enough time for relax and activities
  • 5 days / 1 week long
  • Balanced days (so that I cannot tell which day had better sessions)
  • Participants from all over the world
  • Spending more time in sauna
  • Spring is super
  • More craft beer
  • Non-stop bar
  • Good coffee
  • Knowing the topics before arriving (+1, -3)
  • Everybody is present for the retrospective (no leaving early)
  • Less parallel topics
  • Venue only for ACC
  • My room isn’t far, far away
  • No more than 40-50 people
  • Even more open minds eager to share ideas & experience
  • All sessions fit 1 timeslot
  • Still things to discover & learn (???)
  • Start at 10, not earlier (-1)
  • Night sessions
  • Nothing against Humanity
  • Happens here
  • Well documented outcome of sessions

How to Sabotage ACC?

  • No Wifi
  • Require active participation from everyone
  • Punishments when leaving sessions without excuse

  • Closing the workshop areas at 18:00 (office hours)
  • Outsourcing
  • Everyone is quiet the whole time
